From 99.9% to 99.7% stuck.

Hi, i've been trying to finish this download but its impossible, when it finally gets to 99.9% it flush the disk and then goes back to 99.7%...
I tried to move the archive, re-download, force re-check and still not working.. and theres a LOT of seeders.
Im on Windows 7 64bits, Utorrent 3.4.1 (build 31139) , SSD.

The malwarebytes popup is blocking relevant information.

Also it's likely behaving in an overparanoid manner.
