Hi

I have a question regarding uTorrent (any other torrent software) on whether the below feature exist or there is a way for it to be done.

I listen to music at work and decided to download them via torrents, however since my downloads are starting to pile up, my I.T manager had a rant about the download data being used.

Now i'm still able to listen and pre-sort (contents) my torrent but not download, which i was hoping to do on my personal home computer.

My biggest issue is that i don't download full Albums!! only what songs i like off that album.

As you can see in the attached picture, I want to download Bruno Mars but not all albums (have not selected editions or mixtapes) and within one album i only want to download specific songs.

Once i finish, i start the torrent and stop it after it has created the folder. I also add trackers to the torrent.

So can i take this torrent, resume or continue on my personal computer with the contents and tracker changes i made on my work computer being applied?

Thanks in advanced.

Don't know about what your doing but those are copyright protected and your asking for trouble. I doubt we can help you with downloading something that is copyright protected. Just go buy the CD and rip the tracks your want that way you avoid having your home ISP terminate your internet. That is what will happen when they detect you file sharing copyright protected music or movies. Your manager was being on the nice side when you said rant about the data use they could've terminated you for violating their internet usage because they could be sued for downloading copyright protected music.

May i ask what exactly do you use your torrent for?

Copyright/ tradmarking/ loyalties/ royalites etc. applies to everything that exist on the internet! From books, pictures, shows, movies, music to even the simplest of stuff such as a pdf, letter or a company e-mail! So enlighten me, what is it that you use it for if not for the already mentioned items.

I should have stated that the Bruno Mars stuff was only an example, then again, you failed to shed any relevant light on the matter, so why bother.
