Start downloading when torrent added to the .torrent location

Hi,

When I download a .torrent file and place it in the location (folder) for .torrent files, is u-torrent supposed to start the download right away?

It isn't doing it for me.  (I'm using 1.8.2 on Win 7).  I have to explicitly add the torrent.

I have the box "Don't automatically start downloading" unchecked

Oh dear- I'm constrained by one of the private torrent sites I use which forbids anything later than this version.  Oh well...to quote ol' Mick- "Can't always get what you want"
