I have the red light, and sometimes the yellow, but i cant get it green ive read a bunch of stuff, but i still cant get it. Is there some simplfyd way to make it green, Right now my average is 2.8KB/s and i have a wireless card.

in µTorrent, enable UPnP and hope it works.

...and disable DHT, as it seldom works well with UPnP.

I got the green light to work, its always on now, but my download speed average is 3.2KB/sec, i have adelpiha and a wireless card, for about to seconds, it jumped to 140Kb/sec but i dont know how to get it to stay up (above 50KB/sec).

1)enable protocol encryption.

2)try one of the 22C3 torrents and tell us the speeds you get there to see if your speed "problem" is torrent specific.

And first of all make shure you follow CTRL+G suggestions regarding your UPloadspeed. Obeying them is essential to get good speeds.
