Shutdown Schedule. When downloads complete

Apologies if this is a dupe request I have done several searches and could not find a similar request

 

I run my server pretty much 24/7 which most of the time is pretty unnecessary.

It would be great if I could use the Shutdown when downloads are complete option, but this be associated to a schedule.

 

I want to setup a schedule running from 11pm - 4am. That if all downloads are complete Shutdown the machine.

If all downloads are complete outside of that schedule, the server should not Shutdown.
