geforce1
After doing some research relating to my own PC name displayed in the peer list i seem to still be coming up short, and a little confused. I have read some of the other fourms on here as well, that being said, again a little confused. I under stand that reverse DNS can display as myself in the peer list however when i deselect the resolve IP option in the peer list "myname" in the peer lists IP is somewhere in Vietnam, i am located in Australia, i can also tracert the IP to Vietnam also. I have 2 internet connections at my home and the name of my PC will only display from on of the ISPs and not the other. The peer that is my name is also a peer i'm downloading from. can any one shed some light on this enquire. Thanks in advanced
DreadWingKnight
It's the way that the particular ISP has their reverse dns set up.
