i don't know how the snapshot appeared that way. i never clicked '# of blocks' column to be sorted, but the 'completed' column.

Update: it is not fixed in release 32080 but it is fixed in Beta 32099.

Sorting on the "Completed" column, both ascending and descending. All columns switch except for "Blocks" -- that column does not correlate to the "Completed" column.
