µTorrent 3.4.1 (also previous versions) skip empty folders while making a torrent

Not sure this was reported earlier but it's kind of annoying behaviour:

I have a folder with many subfolders, some of this subfolders are empty but they are necessary for correct working of my torrent (lets say I making a torrent of Blu-ray folder, it has many empty subfolders which should be there by standard).

The problem: µTorrent always skips these empty folders while making a torrent file. So people on the other side receiving the filelist can't get correct folder structure, they get only folders populated with files and can't get empty folders.

How could it be corrected?
