Yes, as long as you force-recheck or use the same resume.dat and torrents. One way to do this is to put all the settings files in the same directory as the exe. Note that there should be only one utorrent instance using the same settings file.

i was wondering whether there is a limit on the peers we get downloads speeds from?

if there is then is there a way to increase it?

because i usually only get download speed from 4/5 out of 20+ peer

there is no such limit..

your peers either don't have any interesting data, or they don't want to upload to you.
