I used to think, it was because some seed/peer became offline, but it's not because of it. Tab with Seeds says, I download file from a lot of seed with ~50KB/s approximate speed. Also, as you can see, speed drops to zero. Guess, it's very strange 2) Sometimes uTorrent begin to use whole hdd-power. As you can see on 2th image, download speed is slow, but hdd-usage is very-very high. On 3th image hdd-usage calmed down. Why there is those sort of speed drops? And why sometimes my hdd felt pain?
