ROCKMAN X
For ex:I choose a torrent which is 10GB but i only choose to download 3GB out of it and yet when utorrent loads the file it shows "10GB" instead of "3GB" this is something that has always bothered me since i started using Utorrent. ROCKMAN X
Where is it showing these numbers?Screenshots?I'm talking about the file size it shows in loaded torrent
DreadWingKnight
That's the total size of the torrent, not the size it shows loaded.
ROCKMAN X
That's the total size of the torrent, not the size it shows loaded.Well.. yeah why doesn't it change the "total size" of the torrent according the files i choose to download? like i said earlier if i chose 2GB out of overall 10GB torrent it still shows 10GB.. it should show 2GB because i'm only download that much. DreadWingKnight
Because it's not supposed to.
ROCKMAN X
Because it's not supposed to.Well that was not very helpful.. so even if i only choose to download 2GB out of 10GB it will still show 10GB Data.. that's it i'm done with Utorrent! i'm switching to Deluge. it shows the correct amount of data i'm downloading... it must take some really genius coding to make it show the correct amount of data and deluge just seems to do that.
