ISP problem with udp trackers (not working)

udp trackers are not working anymore.  There are usually 4 of them by defualt so  I added some http trackers and then it works although it is very inconsistent. 
I'm sure the torrents are in good health.

 

I am positive my ISP has done something with the udp setting the problem came all of a sudden & it occasionaly disappears at specific times of the day,

 

 

Is there any workaround to make the udp trackers work.

 

if this helps , I don't have a router, the network line from the isp goes straight into the Lan connector. (But I never had a probem before)
