I've been using uTorrent for many years now and recently just moved to a new apartment (so new router and ISP) and now I am unable to download or upload any torrents.I've checked my routers firewall settings and set them to minimal security, but to no avail.I've tried port forwarding and when I run the speed test uTorrent says the port is open, but to no avail.I've messed around with the uTorrent connection settings quite a bit, but still to no avail.I've contacted my ISP and they insist that they are not blocking P2P connections. Seem to be something with DHT waiting for an announcement? I have been using utorrent for years, and first time I have had problems. and only since "Stable Update" SMH...
