utorrent closes automatically

for some reason recently when I leave it overnight I wake up to see uTorrent has closed itself and downloads have probably only been downloading for no more than 2-3 hours. I usually lock my computer when I download (Windows 8 lets them still download), so I thought maybe that's the problem so I tried leaving it unlocked and it still wasn't open when I woke up. I tried upgrading uTorrent and it still had the problem. The autoshutdown is disabled and even when I leave my computer alone during the day for a few hours uTorrent stays open. So I have no idea why it just turns off during the night.
