d/l crashed now new d/l of same torrent are incomplete

I downloaded a video yesterday and before it was done the computer crashed. When i turned it back on i noticed that it wiped out the entire list of files i had on utorrent.. So i deleted the file where the video was saved and the .torrent from the download folder.. But when i go and redownload the same file, it still acts like i just d/l the same incomplete file

Force a re-check on it

It wont let me force a recheck, that part is grayed out

Then stop the torrent first.
