Moving torrents to new drive

The old download directory used to be C:.

I've moved the directory to H:, the same drive, now empty of system files and renamed. C: is now a new SSD, which I don't want large downloaded files on.

When I open up utorrent, it of course spits out an Invalid Download State error for all my currently seeding torrents, since the download locations are no longer valid.

So I try to Set Download Location -> Force Recheck. But utorrent does absolutely nothing, not even to acknowledge that I specified the new download location. If I start the torrent, it happily starts downloading to C: again despite me clearly setting the download location to H:.
