Cycoboarder
Hey ya guys im having trouble getting my utorrent to work. I recently squashed my PC and did a full reinstall (windows 7 home premium). when i tried to install utorrent it wouldnt give me the green tick. I am using a netcomm NF4V router and have forwarded the port (10320) in my router and allowed utorrent as an exception in my firewalls. yet when i test on utorrent it tells me my Port is not open (can still download), yet Frustration has set in after days of trying older versions of Utorrent and getting the same results. The little Green Tick just will not come on and my network will not open for seeding. Any help would be awesome as i need to seed as i like to keep a balance with my downloading. DreadWingKnight
What about the indicator in the status bar while you have torrents active?

Kitsoran
Some routers have a bug where they'll close ports if they have manually opened ports that match a port a program requests a router to forward. Disable automatic port mapping in uTorrent since you're doing it manually.
