snapper73
Hi .. been a utorrent user for few years .. with no issue ... but have noticed that past few months i have been having problems seeding. when i launch utorrent , the network does not automatically give me green light regarding Incoming TCP port.. it shows red .. .. i had changed no settings to cause this.. soo i cannot seed.. unless... i download a new torrent .. at which point the incoming TCP port goes green and i can download and seed at same time .. but when torrent is completed .. the TCP port reverts to red.. please help me or point me where to go to learn how to correct this .. ..my guess is that my ISP is at fault .. it is?? i look forward to assistance . DreadWingKnight
Are the torrents you're testing seeding with actually active with downloaders?

jimmyjam
I have the same issue. There are active users available but I am unable to seed.
odvan
It looks like you have problem with cache.Try to increase cache from 30 to 100-512Mb and decrease number of files you simultaneously seeding (like 5-10).
