I know this is not the place for answers but if anyone could tell me who I can contact regarding this problem that would be great. Having no luck at all. Thanks.

I have been trying to get my Plus to work since June when I purchased it with no luck. I send an email to support, they send one back telling me to check the preferences and give me a link to them. I check them and they are set right. I send an email back telling them I still have the same problem and I never hear back from support. I just want my money back at this point. NO SUPPORT UTORRENT
