Question about seeds and peers

I am the only seed so it's 0(1) but I see 200(200) peers.

 

Does this mean that 200 peers have the whole file ? 

 

If they have why are they not also shown as seeds ?

 

Is this how many times it has been downloaded ?

 

If not, how can I find this ?

 

I uploaded this months ago.

No It means you're connected to all 200 peers on the torrent

They don't have the whole file so they aren't seeds.

The file is only 2.22 megs in size.

Try with initial seeding off.

OK so what was happening ? Now says 310 seeds 102 peers

Suddenly, you started uploading pieces that weren't distributed yet.

OK thanks, but why would I not have sent all the pieces during these months it has been available for uploading ?

 

Especially since it was in "Initial seeding" mode. Isn't that the purpose of this mode ?

It's the purpose, but it rarely if ever works as intended.
