Omega
Can anyone explain or know why I would be getting corrupted files if uTorrent supposedly does not save bad data to a complted download? This has happend 2x with the same app. , the file says 100% complete, but when installing I get the Windows error message that the source file is corrupt with options of abort, retry and ignore of which only abort works of course. Please, any suggestions would be much appreciated. And no, I have not tried a different client, but am in the process.
stihia
That's not µTorrent's fault, the uploader just screwed up that file before uploading it (whether on purpose or not).
Ultima
That or your hardware is busted.
Firon
Stop the torrent and force a re-check. If it's still 100%, then the source data is bad. If it's not, you have hardware problems (like bad RAM).
