I don't know if this attribute it's set by uTorrent to all downloaded files or if it's the uploader who set it to the files used to create the torrent. I think it should be easy to remove this attribute when a file it's downloaded by uTorrent. It will help us to move the files to other place without removing first the readonly attribute.
