(both dynamic IP) I was trying to build an application so that my machine will set the bind IPs on utorrent and any other torrent app upon startup. (so that both runs simultaneously on two different ISPs). My problem is, i cannot seem to change the bind IP on settings.dat for utorrent. Is there anyway around this?thanks.
