"Connecting to Peers" forever when getting torrents from certain sites.

Hello,

 

I'm having an issue where if I download torrents from well known torrent sites they are forever connecting to peers no matter what solution I attempt. Its strange, I can download torrents from some sites no problem, but others are forever connecting to peers. I've tried all the solutions I could find and none of them worked at all.

 

My OS is Windows 7 64-bit

I'm using uTorrent 3.4.2

I'm on Comcast internet

I don't have any sort of other programs running that usually interfer with uTorrent.

 

I was not having this problem a couple weeks ago.

 

What could be the problem?
