dlinker Posted September 28, 2014 Report Share Posted September 28, 2014 Your screen shot shows no Seeds ie 0 (0) only peers. This means that there may be no peers with the final missing Pieces. If you click on the Info tab in the bottom half of the screen, what does it show for Availability. If it is less than 1 - then you'll never reach 100%.
