Blinding Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Very strange behavior after upgrading to 3.4.2. Every few minutes utorrent will spike upwards exceeding the upload and download limits I have set. I have 200K down but it will spike to 700K for 30 seconds or so. This is on Windows XP SP3.
