Changed Modem to DOCS.3 - UTorrent tries to open but hangs

Using version 3.4.2 (34309)

 

Everything starts out just fine.  But it apparently goes into a never-ending loop.  If I press any button it gives me the "not responding" message.  I then have to use Task Manager to close uTorrent.

 

I tried uninstalling and downloaded the latest release.  It does the same thing.   Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

It worked perfectly with with DOCS.2 modem.
