I download a file, than I stay a few time without download anything and when I want to download again it stays always saying that is - Connecting to peers 0.0 % -. Then to overpass this problem I uninstall the uTorrent, use CCleaner for cleaning the registers and install again the uTorrent and works. But I don't have to do always that process.
