Hotspot problem

Hello everybodies!! I'm a newbie and I have a question.

I'm using utorrent at public hotspot and the provider only open port 80 and 5000

I cannot download anything, even after I change the utorrent port to 5000 or 80

But when I'm using another provider, I can download torrents, though I cannot browsing any site, because the connection is slowed down.

How can I download from the first provider (whom only opened port 80 & 5000)?

If possible, use the second one instead... You'll find how to fix the browsing problems all over the forums. There's not much you can do about the hotspot one.
