No incoming connections but speeds are not affected? Does it make a difference?

uTorrent is saying that I have no incoming connections. Down and upspeeds aren't affected at all. I do notice that it goes from a check mark to the yellow triangle a lot. Speeds do fluctuate but I don't that has anything to do with the no incoming connections. It does get annoying though. What's to be done about it? Should I just ignore it?

The fact that you have a check mark tells me that you are not firewalled. In my opinion ignore it.

It stayed check marked for a few minutes then goes to the triangle for an hour or so. I tried port forwarding but it didn't make much of a difference and I manually added exceptions to the firewall. I do notice that it happens more often when I'm seeding in which case up speed is slower.

Read what is written when you hoover over the triangle "Unless the icon turns green...". Your icon turns green so why are messing with the settings? This indication depends also on your torrents and it doesn't have to be always green. Again, according to what you write your settings look ok to me.
