utorrent is open and running, I can add new torrents but I can't see it

Hi all

 

I have been using utorrent for years and never had a problem I couldnt sort, except this one.

 

I have utorrent setup so that it loads when I start windows (I am running Win7-64 bit) and it usually, though not always starts fully maximised.

 

Recently however it sometimes opens minimised.  On occasion I have found the minimised version and of course I maximise it and can continue on.  Other times, I have not been able to find the minimised version.  I have been able to shut down and re-start with various levels of success.  I have re-installed, also with various levels of success.  I have not uninstalled as I presently have a very large part way through and I do not want to lose it.

 

I can see the program in the taskbar and on hovering over it, I can see a small version of what the screen would look like if I could maximise it.  Right click does not work for this.

 

I have not been able to (a) consistently open utorrent maximised or ( identify what I have done to make it work.

 

Any help would be gratifying.

Did you ever run on a 2 screen methode?

Perhaps the full size utorrent window is out of your actual screen.
