Poor speeds

Hi

I'm completely new to torrenting and am seeking some guidance on what speeds I should be expecting. I'm currently on 2mb - 5mb broadband with BT and am getting average upload speeds of about 15kbs and download speeds of 5kbs. As I said I'm a bit of a novice but even I think these are way too low!!!

Port forwarding and configuration appears to be all ok with DHT being green,

Any help will be much appreciated.
