I don't think it is the router since my cousin was able to download just fine on his Mac. I did recently update uTorrent after a good year of not doing so... I also just updated Norton, but after turning everything off we could find in it, it still wouldn't work. The one time we did get it to work at all was when it was routed through my cousin's computer. Yes, I tried turning off the DHT too. I am including a screenshot of what it looks like.
