Alanthar
Hi I have problem witch uTorrent as i posted in title. My G Data Total Security finds a virus named Win32.Application.OpenCandy.F on uTorrent already installed on my PC and on all installations I've tried to download. My question is simple. Is there a way to download and install uTorrent without deinstaling G Data?
taim
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenCandy It's safe unless you're paranoid...
Alanthar
Yeah, it could be safe, but my g data blocks it, and therefore blocks utorrent...I want to use utorrent but can't due to stupid antivirus software...

Buzz22
This is what I did and it seens to have helped. The following info was provided by GData support! To add files or applications to a whitelist or files/apps that should not be detected, you can add them to the Real Time Protection's exceptions list :- open G DATA and select Real TIme Protection > More Settings > Exceptions > New- Select "Directory" and put in the path of the directory where your application/file is located or installed
