Magnetic Link not working December 2014

Hi guys

 

Magnetic links are not working for me right now. I'm currently using the latest versions of utorrent and chrome. I tried various fixes such as changing preferences and going into the registry to check if magnet is on false (which is usually the problem). I thought it might be a problem on chrome but even firefox magnetic links are not working too. Does anyone have any solutions? it was working fine just a couple of weeks ago.

Define "not working" ? Not auto-adding the torrent or the torrent does not start downloading? Is copying the link and using File->add torrent from URL with it works?
