Crash dump error when installing uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25302?

I just built a PC, well my buddy basically did, lol. We put in a hard drive and a SSD. The SSD is where Windows 7 is at, the HDD is empty wanted to store all my files(videos, pictures, etc.) there, espcially uTorrent. However, uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25302 wont install on either drives, the SSD or my HDD? I click the "utorrent_2.2.1_build_25302.exe" to install, select a path and in this case its my SSD E:\Users\*****\Downloads. Every time I try to install I get this message. 

 

"uTorrent has crashed. A crash dump has been saved at "C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent". How would you like to proceed?

- Submit this dump to devs

- Just relaunch app

- Don't relaunch app or don't send a crash dump

 

 

 

What am I doing wrong? I'm not the most tech savvy individual but uTorrent 2.2.1 was working fine on Windows 8 on my last PC, I didn't have an SSD along with my HDD however.
