uTorrent 3.0: can't choose a directory when adding a torrent

What settings should I check ot make always appear the dialog to choose the directory every time I add a torrent by double clicking it? Right now, even if I go to the menu option "Add torrent (choose save dir)" the dialog window doesn't appears and the torrent is added automatically.
