Labels, Auto-Labelling, and Automatic Directories

I get generally how it works, and for the most part it works pretty well.

However, I want to know how to attribute multiple tags to a single label. As it stands I can only add one, and if I want anime from multiple groups (or even multiple anime series) it makes the auto-labels useless (and therefore all the current labelling mechanics because ONLY Auto-Labels will download to a specific directory other than the default).

 

So, if anyone can let me know how to add in more than a single definition per label, the values to allow more than one tag per definition, or the location of current documentation (since the program's only documentation is the old 'auto move directories' info that is now defunct and there's no other label info in the current help).
