3.4.2 Torrents Die

I have searched for a previous thread but there is no way to summarize it without a mess of words so here goes. I reloaded about 400 torrents that I had moved to an external drive that died. The trackers weren't deleted so I reloaded, forced restart and everything I could do to get them going again. The problem is that when the initial batch that starts die out the next ones in line won't automatically start. This leaves me having to keep an eye on it and restarting the program again and again. I have increased the active torrents to 99 to prolong restarts but it is still a nuisance and often dies between restarts. The only alternative I can think of is to copy the headings back to a torrent site and start a search all over. Any ideas?
