raj.200 Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 My system:Windows 8.1utorrent 3.4.2antivirus Windows Defender and no additional firewalls except the one that comes with geniune windows i am downloading on a network where torrent downloading is forbidden ... i download torrent files using psiphon......the only change i used to make for downloading in blocked network was to make "Protocol Encryption outgoing:Forced "it was working very well before but problem started since dec 20 2014. I have tried downloading using all torrent with good seeds.... still not working......i there any remedy to this problem??? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
