When I pull it up it tells me another computer with my name owns it and if it belongs to me to type the city I was born in in the space. I put my city in (you only get 2 chances to get it right) and it tells me it is wrong. So how do I get it to let me use it on my computer? I have even uninstalled it and re installed it.
