uTorrent 3.4.2 (build 38656) resets resume.dat

Unfortunately the old bug came back. I already reported about it in http://forum.utorrent.com/topic/85311-utorrent-33-build-29625-resets-resumedat/

I just upgraded from 3.3.2 (30488), it has not it.

I guess, this old bug exists in 3.4 version of any build

 

Shortly, when I run application it cleans list of torrents.

 

I run it from USB drive, so during start the warning message appears about care USB drive removing. If I wait some seconds before press OK button to close the window, the uTorrent resets resume.dat. Look at attached pictures, before starting and after starting and waiting some seconds.

If I do not wait and press button immediately, uTorrent doesn't reset resume.dat
