CC-GoE
HI! Suppose that I choose a torrent somewhere, and then when I am presented with the initial window in uTorrent, I DON'T select the whole torrent contents. But I choose only part of the torrent contents. Then, I download the torrent, and I then start seeding the torrent until some specified ratio. What am I? Am I a seeder when I upload or share the incomplete torrent contents or am I a leecher? Thanks
DreadWingKnight
In order to be a seed you need 100% of all files of a torrent.

ThanksThe 1st law of torrentmore seed = more speedmore leecher = **** low speed A person who downloads the whole file and then disconnects is informally called a Leecher among the torrenting community, because they arent contributing.
