New Torrent not seeding

I have created two torrents for single files. both torrent file appear in the file list. In both cases the uTorrent status is downloading. Been stuck there for several hours with zero% complete. Why are they not in seeding status?

 

Using 3.0 Build 25806 on a Windows 7 platform.

 

I removed and recreated the torrents with the same results.

 

I'm using 3.0 because anonamouse doesn't like 3.2.

NEither 3.0 nor 3.2 are supported anymore.
