jaystar Posted April 17, 2015 Report Share Posted April 17, 2015 Just wanted to say I had this problem and tried a lot of the fixes, deleted and reloaded utorrent, reset winsock and a bunch of other things. Found that Options-->Preferences-->Connection-->Proxy server type was set to Socks5 - I reset it to Socks4 - Problem solved so thought I would share it in case it helps.
