Refefer
One of my grievances with bittorrent is that the speed at which you download is often times limited by the number of connections you can make to peers and seeders. I have almost always found that if I increase the number of connections allowed per torrent, my download speeds will be consistently and significantly higher on average (which makes sense). The draw back to the increasing of connections is that the latency caused by having 300+ connections (occupied when downloading multiple files) kills my latency using any other application, timing it out webpages and kicking me off IM.I suggest an upgrade to the scheduler allowing the max number of connections (globally and per torrent) to fluctuate depending on the scheduler.
