Superseeding made more persistent

I am a re-seeder and member of a re-seeding team for a major bittorrent site. I seed many torrents and would like the option where superseeding to not be turned off when there is more than one seed visible. Currently, it just says "Seeding" instead of "Superseeding" on the torrent status display.

If superseeding is turned off automatically when a seed is detected, I would like this to be changed. I would like the ability to set the point where superseeding is turned off. So, instead of turning off superseeding as soon as one seeder is detected, I would like to have it turned off if 3 seeders are detected, or 8 seeders, or even to have it never turned off.

At the point where it tests if there is another seeder present, can you put in a check to see if X number of seeders are present? If the number is "0" then it would choose not to turn off superseeding.

This would allow me to seed torrents more effectively as there are many "seeders" who actually do not seed due to rate capping. However, their mere existence causes me to exit out of my more effective superseeding mode.
