for example say you have a tag 'low priority' which limits downloads to 500kbps and seeds to 500% and you have another tag 'high priority' which downloads @max and seeds to 100%.

Maybe also, if you have a label rule that sets 'movies' label to c:\movies, when you switch the label for said torrent it also switches the directory. For example lets say a movie gets mislabeled into 'music' and you remove that label and set label to 'movies' it relocates said file.
