MrDevanWright Posted April 3, 2015 Report Posted April 3, 2015 DHT, Local Peer Discovery, Peer Exchange have a status of Not Allowed for almost all of my torrents. Does this have anything to do with my client and service or is this a setting specific with each torrent and their respective tackers? Any information is appreciated. If I am in the wrong area please advise.
DreadWingKnight Posted April 3, 2015 Report Posted April 3, 2015 It's because of the sites you're using.
daveb3650 Posted May 10, 2015 Report Posted May 10, 2015 My set up is exactly the same....I had been using Utorrent without any issues for ages, the yesterday it just wont download a thing.....The download files are listed at the top and after a few seconds a REd arrow appears next to them....and at the bottom....DHT (Not Allowed) ,,,,,Local Peer Discovery (Not Allowed) and Peer Exchange (Not Allowed).......... This is soooooooooooooo frustrating......... Any info gladly appreciated...... I'm on Virgin..........my mate has same set-up and downloads boatloads more than me and his is ok....I I did think Virgin had done something.....but he thinks it me...
DreadWingKnight Posted May 10, 2015 Report Posted May 10, 2015 "Not Allowed" on those has nothing to do with your internet provider and everything to do with the site you're getting your torrents from. Thanks for reading the answer.
