mspapant Posted April 4, 2015 Report Share Posted April 4, 2015 I am using windows 8.1 and uTorrent 3.4.2 but unfortunately i am not able to download any torrent. The progress is stuck in "Finding Peers: 0%" and the DHT is waiting to login: "DHT: Waiting to log in". I tried to disable the Avast antivirus, windows firewall but without success.I am sure that the ISP does not block torrents because i tried with other PC in the same network and i managed to download torrents. dev800 Posted April 5, 2015 Report Share Posted April 5, 2015 Hi, I'm also having the same issue and worrying since I'm using windows 8.1 pro.I tried several solutions explained over the internet, and nothing works perfectly. I tried removing my antivirus (quickheal internt security) completely, disabling windows firewall, defender etc, but still no luck. But sometimes after several tries some torrents got downloaded, but not sure whats wrong.I tried different softwares also like bittorrent, and some others but not worked.
